Pete Sabatino, President Modular Homes Division
Pete started his Modular Home career working on the building line at a modular factory. He was certified as an in-house Quality Control Inspector and was involved in every aspect from start to finish of the building process of the construction of a modular home, including being a working supervisor of the set crews as homes were delivered to the site.
After many years of experience he founded and started his own company, Modular Solutions, in 2003. Where he continued his knowledge and growth in the industry as well as became the go-to person for customers looking for a Modular Home.
In 2018 Pete Joined NJ Modular Solutions where his experience and professionalism give NJ Modular Solutions the guidance they need to ensure that each Modular Home is completed to all specs and passes all inspections. Pete's contacts in the industry are proven strong and goes to not only benefit NJ Modular Solutions, but to every customer he meets with.
Lisa Eaise, Coordinator/Assistant to the President
Having successfully come from a business background, Lisa's skills brings organization and communication to both inner office and to every NJ Modular Solutions Customer.
Lisa Also brings the ability to coordinate, facilitate and expedite all facets of documentation and meetings. Lisa joined NJ Modular Solutions in 2018 and provides a high level skill set of superior customer service.

Kris Linder, Office Manager
Having more than five years experience in the modular and construction industry, Kris provides the key office support required to accomplish tasks on a timely basis, such as submitting for permits, completing gas meter and new service applications.
Kris has also assisted owners with selecting decking colors/plumbing fixtures/electrical fixtures.
Kris skills also include keeping track of the homeowner's budget and company financial's for each house.
